OnGround has been established in 2011 as a Middle East marketing, service and support organisation for renowned foreign suppliers providing ground support equipment and tools, baggage handling and catering solutions, airport-related IT systems, as well as complementary value-adding products and services to the regional aviation sector. Furthermore, OnGround has its own consultancy, training and audit expertise by means of a small team of Senior Associates in areas such as IOSA, ISAGO, ORAT, RFID/RTLS, aircraft/cabin appearance, GSE fleet or maintenance management.

OnGround's objective is to support and assist ground handlers, airports, airlines, MROs, FBOs and catering companies in the Middle East and beyond with the design, supply and implementation of apron fleet concepts, solutions for baggage, catering and ground handling operations, process optimisation, audits and training.

As a further value-add to the ground handling industry OnGround operates the only consolidated global GSE Asset Database & Catalogue by the name of GSE-Mart.aero.
